Plates & sandwiches priced each

Plates come with Texas Toast for half the plates and one sauce. Enter how many of each you want.

Smoked meats for your plates

1 and 2 meat plates get 1/3 lb of each meat. 3 meat plates get 1/4 lb of each.

Signature sides

Pick 2 for meat plates or 1 for sandwiches. Each side beyond that adds $2.75 per serving.

Meat only, no sides by the pound

Plan on about 1/3 lb per guest (1/4 lb is fine on request).

6 The fine print
  • A non-refundable deposit is required no later than two (2) weeks before the event. Your order is not confirmed until the deposit is received.
  • Final guest count is due no later than two (2) weeks before the event. Changes after that are not guaranteed and may cost extra or be limited by availability.
  • Food warmers are not provided for pick-up, drop-off, or buffet setup without serving. If you need warmers to keep food hot, please bring your own.
  • All changes must be sent in writing (email). Verbal requests or agreements will not be honored.
  • Anything not selected or written on this form may be missed and is not guaranteed.
  • Card payments (credit or debit) carry a 4.0% fee.
